About Maria Guida
Maria qualified with City firm, Field Fisher Waterhouse. Upon qualification, she worked as a solicitor in a North London practice, working on a variety of residential and commercial property matters, as well as liquor licensing and landlord and tenant litigation. She returned to the city in 1997, where she was a Senior Associate in the Commercial Property Department at global law firm, Baker and McKenzie. She then became a Senior Lawyer at Sherrards Commercial Property Department, dealing with all aspects of business sales and purchases, commercial property, liquor licensing, as well as residential property. She became a Partner at Edwin Coe in March 2005. Maria has experience of acting for the retail, leisure, and services industries.
