23.10.03Saffronland Homes adds to its portfolio
Saffronland Homes, which has a presence in London and Hampshire, has just added Glen Care Homes in Hampshire to their growing portfolio of homes. The sale completed in late August 2003.
The nationwide business transfer agent, FORUM, acted for the vendor Glen Care Group in the transaction. The group comprises 3 separate care/nursing homes totalling 143 beds.
