9.1.06Saffronland Homes expands again
Saffronland Homes, which has a presence in London and Hampshire, is now expanding into Surrey. The group has acquired an alternative development site (formerly a private school) to provide a new care/nursing home in Surrey. The sale completed in January 2006.
FORUM, was proud to represent the buyer in this transaction and is retained to seek other similar opportunities in the South East of England.
